One of the best ways to reach a large group of people is through taking advantage of social networking sites.

The Twitition application allows users to create and send petitions through Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Stumbleupon, Delicious, and Reddit.

Create a Twitition by giving it a title and a description. Once you’ve submitted those two things, you will be prompted to log into Twitter through Twitition.

Each Twitition is given its own designated permalink to share and distribute. Underneath each petition on the Twitition page, the details of when the campaign was created and by who is displayed.

There is currently over 11,000 active Twititions circulating the website. There is a total of 325,000 signatures on all of these active Twititions.

Whenever a user signs a Twitition, their signature is displayed under the ‘Latest Signature’ section. The most recent Twititioners, along with their picture, are displayed in grid-form on the right-hand side of the page. Users can view all Twititions, the most popular Twititions and the newest Twititions by navigating through the sidebar.

Twitition is a great way to let your voice be heard and gain support from your fellow Twitter users.
